How to Prepare Matcha

Step 1
Scoop 2 g of matcha per bowl. (1 teaspoon ≈ 2 chashaku) -
Step 2
Add warm water (70–80°C / 158–176°F) to avoid bitterness. -
Step 3
Whisk briskly in a “W” or “M” motion until creamy and foamy. -
Step 4
Draw the character “の”, then slowly lift the whisk. -
Step 5
Enjoy the vibrant color and creamy taste.
