Per cup: Use 3g of tea leaves with 100–130ml of hot water
For a teapot (350–400ml): Use 7–9g of tea leaves

Tips for the Perfect Cup

・For a mellow flavor: cool water to 70–75°C, steep 1 minute
・For a brighter taste: 85–90°C, steep 30 seconds
・Pour out completely; second infusion is also enjoyable
