Serving Size
Use 2 grams of matcha per cup (70ml). [1 teaspoon or 2 bamboo teaspoons (chashaku)] 

Brewing Tips

・Use warm water at around 70-80°C (158-176°F)—hot water can introduce bitterness.
・Slowly add water to the powder while whisking thoroughly with a bamboo whisk (chasen).
・Enjoy plain with water or prepare as a matcha latte with your favorite milk.

For Better Rresult

・Sift the matcha powder using a tea strainer to remove any lumps, which can affect the tea’s smooth texture.
・Soften the whisk in warm water for a few seconds before use.
